Terms of Service
🚀 Absolute Code & Asset Ownership Mandate
LumenForge acts solely as an orchestrator. You own 100% of all intellectual property, source code, game directories, custom shaders, and generated assets compiled or developed using our AI agents. We claim zero rights or copyright over your work, requiring only a temporary in-memory operational license for active development sessions.
1. Contractual Acceptance
Welcome to LumenForge.io (the "Site" or "IDE"), operated by Studio PxG LLC ("LumenForge", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. By accessing or utilizing our Site, client IDE, background agents, and deployment pathways, you agree to comply with and be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.
2. Eligibility and Account Safeguards
To use our browser-native IDE, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract and not be prohibited under federal or local laws. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Authentication is managed securely via our partner Clerk. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or token security compromises.
3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Paddle Merchant of Record
We offer a tiered access model designed to fit various developers and studio profiles:
- Free Tier: Basic access to the IDE sandbox.
- Professional Tier ($19/mo or $15.83/mo billed annually): Elevated AI capacity, custom agents, and high-priority compilations.
- Team Tier ($39/mo or $32.50/mo billed annually): Extended agent workspaces, collaborative rooms, and multi-threaded rendering.
- Enterprise Tier: Custom SLA, private in-memory model orchestration, dedicated GCP virtual nodes.
All subscription processing and digital purchases are securely routed and managed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Payments are billed in advance, automatically renewing at the end of each monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the billing dashboard, retaining access to paid features until the expiration of the current cycle.
4. Workspace Usage, Telemetry & Fair Use
LumenForge provides a state-of-the-art virtual game-building environment. To maintain system performance across our container clusters, we enforce fair usage rules:
- Compute Spark Limits: Paid plans include high-speed compute allocations ("Sparks"). Sparks are deducted dynamically based on real model interaction duration using fully atomic Redis Lua scripts to prevent double-spending. Spark allocations reset each billing cycle.
- Zero Abuse Policy: Any attempt to bypass platform limits, automate script-based DDOS attacks against our API gateways, scrape model weights, or reverse-engineer our proprietary browser sandbox will result in immediate termination of service and forfeiture of active cycles.
- System Telemetry: Anonymized performance logs, compilation metrics, and error rates are captured via Sentry and PostHog strictly to keep our IDE responsive. No user source code or asset payloads are ever bundled in these logs.
5. Proprietary Rights and Copyright Protection
The LumenForge IDE architecture, site layout, styles, custom branding assets, logo design, and orchestrating compiler scripts are the exclusive property of Studio PxG LLC. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our visual code, layout frameworks, or visual design tokens without explicit, written authorization from us.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
LumenForge is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Studio PxG LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular game engine release. We do not warrant that our compilation agents will be 100% error-free or run uninterrupted on all user browser profiles.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Studio PxG LLC, our directors, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or game development progress resulting from the use or inability to use our IDE. In all instances, our aggregate liability is strictly capped at the total fees paid by you to LumenForge during the 12 months preceding the dispute.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with any active subscription agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with federal laws and the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA. Any legal action or dispute arising out of your use of LumenForge shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, and both parties explicitly consent to this personal jurisdiction.
